Every Burnease order is protected by a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee. Orders are processed and shipped by the retailer BuyGoods, which handles payment and refunds.

The 60-Day Guarantee

If for any reason within 60 days of delivery you are not satisfied with the product, send an email to contact@getburnease.com and we will refund your order — no questions asked and no hassles. You may be asked to return the bottles, including empty ones.

How To Request

Start a refund or return by emailing contact@getburnease.com, or through BuyGoods order support. You can look up an order at buygoods.com/orderlookup. Refund timing and any return-shipping responsibility are set by the retailer’s terms at checkout.

Guarantee Window

Requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank usually posts them within a few business days of approval.
